We are hiring! Due to continued expansion, Premier Print & Promotions are looking for a new Accounts Assistant to join our busy and friendly Accounts Team in Feering, Essex.
Our ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, be methodical and able to work well with others and have strong administration skills.

- Conduct credit control in line with company procedures
- Daily allocation and banking of income
- Process all supplier invoices including multicurrency
- Process payment of supplier invoices to include payments in multicurrency
- Assist with processing of customer invoices; to include pro forma, multicurrency and credit notes
- Some Credit Control experience is essential, as is working in a busy accounts office on Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills; proficient use of all Microsoft programs – use of MS Office 2000 or later, particular emphasis on Excel and Outlook, and ideally Access or a similar database to a basic level
- Excellent administration, time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
