Congratulations to Adam, one of Premier’s artworkers in our in-house design studio, for winning the £1,000 Premier Dream Draw this month. He plans to buy a new television with this money. But praise must also go to February’s winner Vicky, who actually won the prize draw again, but decided she wanted one of her colleagues to experience the excitement of achieving their dream and called for a redraw.
Premier’s Dream Draw gives our employees an opportunity to fulfil a personal dream or aspiration by winning a monthly draw. The Dream Draw is just one of Premier’s initiatives to help bring the whole company closer together to achieve our shared goals and targets.
“Hoorah! Trip to John Lewis for a new TV is in order. Feeling very lucky today. Thanks all.”
Jamie Marshall, the founder and managing director of Premier Print & Promotions, added:
“Delighted for Adam, a hard working creative designer from our team. I am sure he will love the sport on his 4K TV. Vicky made an amazingly generous gesture, and even managed to smile knowing she had just given a £1,000 away. It shows what a fantastic team spirit we have at Premier. I was extremely proud of her actions.”
Look out for the #PremierDreamDraw hashtag on Premier’s social media pages to see future winners announced – and their chosen dreams come true.
Outstanding Contribution to Premier
Premier also launched our ‘Outstanding Contribution’ Award during the Dream Draw. Premier’s financial wizard Keir won the inaugural award. Honourable mentions also went to the great work done by Amy (Sales), Gaynor (Sales), Hannah (HR), Leeanna (Accounts) and Ryan (Sales) over the past month.
Anyone deserving of this award can be nominated by other employees, whether it’s for doing a brilliant presentation, producing an eye-catching design, learning something new outside of work or simply volunteering to clean the fridge!
Gaynor, who originally brought this ‘Outstanding Contribution to Premier’ award idea to Jamie and the rest of Premier’s management team, explained:
“Everyone works hard at Premier, so it’s difficult to single one person out for the month. This really is about individual brilliance and contribution.”
