Congratulations to Rich, one of the administrators in our sales team, for winning the £1,000 Premier Dream Draw this month. Rich plans to buy an Apple MacBook portable computer with his money gift.
“Delighted for Rich, a very hard working member of the team who works in sales admin and helps with our computers,” says Jamie Marshall, founder and MD of Premier Print & Promotions. “Rich is massively sleep deprived at the moment with his first born. If I was him, I’d go for 10 nights in a hotel rather than a MacBook!”
“Winning the Dream Draw was the best moment of my life, and that includes the birth of my newborn son,” jokes Rich.
Premier’s Dream Draw is just one way where we bring the whole company together, and allows everyone working here to share in our overall success. One lucky winner, picked at random, receives the £1,000 award if our shared goals and targets have been achieved in the previous month. However, the Dream Draw money must be used to fulfill a personal dream or aspiration that would not otherwise be experienced by that individual member of the team.
Look out for the #PremierDreamDraw hashtag on Premier’s social media pages to see future winners announced – and their chosen dreams come true.
Outstanding Contribution to Premier
Premier’s senior artworker Claire recently celebrated her 10th anniversary at the company – and is therefore a worthy winner of our ‘Outstanding Contribution to Premier’ award this month.
Anyone deserving of this award can be nominated by other employees, whether it’s for doing a brilliant presentation, learning a new skill outside of work or, in Claire’s case, producing eye-catching designs for our customers!
“I enjoy working at Premier. It can be stressful at times, but I knuckle down and get the work done,” Claire reveals. “I really don’t know what to say. I am speechless (for the first time)!”
“Claire is one of the hardest working individuals I’ve ever met, whose eye for detail is second to none,” adds Jamie. “She is an absolute pleasure to employ and I’m looking forward to another 10 years of her great work.”
